Specializing in Creating Quality Content

Dream . Create . Inspire

You have a passion for what you do, and even if you sometimes have moments of insecurity and self-doubt, you have decided to follow your dream and take your first steps in the blogging world.

You started your own independent blog, you chose a niche and a name for your blog and also already tried one or two strategies to get people to reach your blog.

Yep, even if you're a little hesitant and still don't feel like you're there – you can definitely consider yourself a blogger.

You’re headed to your dream life, despite the obstacles along the way or fear of what people will think or say.

So, first of all, I want to give you a huge virtual hug!

I know that just like any beginning,  starting a blog can be quite a challenge, and the very fact that you have reached this stage, and that you’re already striving to reach the next level, is nothing short of amazing! You Go Girl!

I also remember how I felt at this point, as if it were just yesterday….

Yes, I was glad that I had completed my first steps and that my blog was launched, but at the same time, I was starting to feel insecure because I felt so exposed, that at the click of a button people could access the things I was creating. I was no longer invisible and I wanted to raise the level of content I post.

You know what I'm talking about right? I'm sure you're experiencing this right now, too, even if you haven't quite put your finger on it.

HOLD IT! This description fits you?

(Warning: Don’t be tempted to skip levels on your way to turning your hobby into a full time job).

Now, when I talk about content I am of course referring to blog posts consisting of text and visuals
But not only!

Content is a vast word that includes anything we post online… videos, social media posts, Pins on pinterest, Instagram stories, live video, graphics, newsletter, and more..

In fact, the entire digital experience of our business is reflected through the content we publish, whether we’re talking about a blog or a business selling services or products.

So yes, quality content that is suitable for our target audience is without a doubt the cornerstone of a successful blog and business.   But just like anything else, creating successful content is also a matter of learning and experience.

If you feel that the content you create is just not good enough and that there isn’t too much of a future for your blog, I would like to take a load off of you – my content was really pretty bad at first, but over time I learned to create content that fits my target audience like a glove – both conceptually and visually.

And let me tell ya, I’m sure you’re on your way 🙂

About Me

Hi, my name is Tamar Leibovitz Golan

I am a blogger, content creator and consultant for blogging and social media – and I absolutely love my job!

But I didn’t always have the job of my dreams…

I started Hedonistit almost 4 years ago, during one of the most difficult times of my life. I wondered where I wanted to be in five or six years and it was clear to me that I had to act differently to achieve the lifestyle I wanted – to gain financial independence, to work from anywhere, to travel the world and most importantly – not to spend the week waiting for the weekend and have a difficult time on Sundays or sometimes even as early as Saturdays.

And that’s how Hedonistit – my blog and business – came to be.

Turning a personal hobby and passion into a full time job is a dream come true for me, and now I want to help you toward realizing your own dream.

Create Beautiful Things

So as you already figured out … your answers to the quiz indicate that you are in the second stage in the journey of any blogger, and that is – to specialize in creating quality content for your blog and business.

Original content, the kind that allows you to share real value with your target audience, is the way I generate revenue, bring in new customers, create worldwide collaborations, and develop business opportunities that wouldn't have happened if I hadn't put an emphasis on creating quality and professional content for my brand.

Bottom line – The content you create is the bread and butter of your digital presence. Without it, you won't be able to draw in the people whose attention you’d like to get in terms of your brand. (and the formula is simple – no people, no income)

So how do you actually specialize in content?

As you already know, content is a broad concept, but let’s simplify it and break it down into two main elements – written content and visual content.

Written content appears on various pages of your blog, blog posts, posts on social networks, and even Pinterest pins. Yes, written content is pretty significant, even if it’s only one short sentence.

The basic, and most important thing to remember about written content is that it is the personal voice of your brand. A common mistake often made by beginner bloggers is writing their blog posts in a “dry” tone, and choosing words they would never use to speak. To truly connect with your community of readers, it is very important that your written content be in the language and tone of speech that are based on your brand values.

Beyond that, it's important to keep a voice unique to your brand and not try to write like someone else. If you want to stand out, and turn your hobby into a profession and to pave your own way, you’ll need to create your own unique voice. This kind of authenticity is what makes your readers connect with you on a personal level so much, they feel they really know you – the personality behind the brand you created.

Another equally important thing is that the written content you create should speak to your audience and provide them with real value. If your blog content is not interesting, inspiring, educational in some way, or even entertaining – no one will want to read it.

Visual content includes all the images, graphics and videos you publish on your blog, social networks, and online store.

Successful, eye-catching and brand-matching images, are essential if you have a business, blog, or social media account. Especially if you want to stand out in an age where people are exposed to a crazy amount of content 24/7.

Visual era of the Internet

In the visual era of the Internet, people prefer to consume visual content rather than in writing, and your visual content skills are more important than ever. There is enormous competition for the attention and time of those surfing the web, and most users will probably leave your digital assets {blog, online store, social networks} right away if they don't like your brand's visual aesthetic.

That’s why it is so important to have good quality photos. They raise your brand’s level, draw in your target audience, sell products, and increase the brand’s business collaborations.
