As much as I like colorful clothing {whoever knows me knows that harajuku is an old obsession of mine with Hello Kitty leading the addiction }, lately I feel an inexplicable attraction to the more minimalist style.
Quite recently, after organizing my closet for the winter, I noticed that a relatively minimalistic and monochromic {black, white and blush} wardrobe took over my closet without me even noticing.
And you know what? I really love it!
After cleaning out my closet from unnecessary items {ones I had to give myself excuses to keep in my closet this long} I understood two things :
- As much as it difficult to let go – the feeling at the end is simply uplifting. So much that even though my closet lost over 50% of its volume, it felt amazing! My closet was upgraded wonders even though I removed items from it.
- I finally understood which items will really upgrade my wardrobe, and which I should skip – even if I feel the need to buy them.
This look composed entirely of black, also called Head-to-Toe Black, is one I especially love.
It looks great in the winter, it’s very easy to put together and the right accessories totally give it the desired amount of edginess.
It’s the most “go-to” outfit I have for this winter.
What do you think about Head-to-Toe Black outfits?
Do you also have a go-to outfit you really love wearing? Tell me about it in the comments! 🙂
