No-Bake Cheese Tart with Grapes

Guest post by Renana, Owner of Renana's Kitchen blog.

No-bake desserts are just perfect for summer when you cannot even think about turning on the oven. This easy no-bake cheese tart combines grapes as a garnish and tastes just as delicious as it sounds! It is a perfect option for when you want to wow your guests and trust me, they will love it.

The crust is made with crushed cookies or biscuits, you can also use a store-bought graham cracker base if you prefer. The filling is very rich with cream cheese and to top it all off, I used grapes as the garnish. Note that the cream cheese needs to be at room temperature when making the tart in order to avoid a lumpy filling.

For the garnish though, you can use any fruit that you like, such as cherries. Just keep in mind that it is better to use whole fruit instead of cut fruits since they don't last as long, but who knows maybe the whole tart will last only a few seconds so it might not be a problem at all!

I used seedless green grapes because they are rich with flavor and that's precisely what you want in a tart cake. The added bonus here is they have no seeds which makes it easier to consume and to use them as a whole garnish.

If you prefer, you can also garnish the no-bake cake with chocolate candies instead of fruit but I think that the grapes add a fresh flavor to the rich cheese filling and during those hot summer months, you really need this freshness!

To help with planning, you can make the tart a day in advance and keep in the fridge. This way, you can focus on making a big dinner spread. Besides, the no-bake tart cake doesn't take long to finish once the tart is ready to go.

You can make the tart as one big tart (8 inch) or as 4 small tarts (4 inch). If you make it as small tarts, you can freeze some of them without the garnish and consume at a later time.

Let's get started, here is the recipe for the no-bake cheese tart with grapes:

When I moved out of my parent's house and entered the real world, I learned that I had to start cooking in order to eat! I get inspiration for new recipes from Instagram and Pinterest and I follow other food bloggers as well.
I tend to cook light meals that are typically vegetarian and vegan as I try to live a healthy lifestyle, but I do also bake decadent cakes and cookies for balance 😉

I love to be in the kitchen and I also have a passion for photography, which is why I take my own creative shots for everything I post on my blog. My blog is a hobby that I thoroughly enjoy however during the day, I work as a web developer.

  1. I’m really surprised, this recipe is really easy to do. Grapes are not my thing, so I will try it with some strawberries:) Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe.
