It's no secret that the Swiss Alps are one of the most beautiful places in the world. They are mainly known as a dream destination for a ski vacations, but are also wonderful for a summer vacation, especially for those who seek refuge from the hot Israeli summer. The bright white slopes of the winter season are replaced by green mountains and valleys in the summer, with enchanting lakes and azure rivers, breathtaking waterfalls and, of course, the Alpine mountains with snow-capped peaks all year round.
One of the things I like most about my job is the possibility of working from anywhere in the world according to a schedule that I set for myself, so this time I took the opportunity for a refreshing getaway abroad and joined Daniel, who went on a work trip in Zurich {last year's posts can be read here and here} . As last year, we decided to take advantage of the fact that we are flying to Zurich to get out of the city and travel in one of the most beautiful areas in the world.
Soon I will post two profound blog posts on our trip route in the area of the little town of Adelboden, where we strolled through 4 magical and soothing days, and will talk about the beautifully designed Cambrian Hotel, which overlooks the spectacular scenery of the picturesque town; But until then, here are 20 pictures to inspire you to visit the Swiss Alps in the summer.

Wow, such amazing photos here! I’m going to visit Switzerland for the first time on the 15th of January. Do you have any suggestions for a week-long trip? I’m in a dilemma – should I hit the cities or should I go hiking. Cheers and keep it up! 🙂
Thanks Antonio! Switzerland is definitely one of the most amazing countries view wise 🙂
I think that the style of your trip should really be according to your preference/ I love both urban and scenic trips, so I would probably do 3 days in Zurich and 4 days in the countryside!
